I love this recipe so much. I saw Rachael Ray make it on Oprah and I've made it several times since. In fact, David is making it for dinner tonight and that's why I'm on the interwebs sleuthing around for the recipe.
I am making this tonight, review to come. Do you ever make it with fresh spinach? How's the pepper for the kiddos? I'm also thinking maybe out with the nutmeg and in with some lemon. Hmmm. Of course, I can't just make a recipe as is, I always have to mess with it.
I'm scanning all my recipes and putting them where I can find them. I'm thinking it'll be a good way to share my favorite bestest stuff, and keep my southern heritage alive in the cold gray pacific northwest.
